12jeet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
12jeet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and 12jeet does not apply currency conversion charges.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 12jeet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. In-play (live) betting markets close at the discretion of 12jeet's trading team and may be suspended without notice during periods of significant match developments.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect market information provided at the time of bet placement, obvious pricing errors, or events that fall outside the scope of the stated market rules.
